how can one system effect another?

At February 28:

A few days ago i made a spider gram and wrote down a few things. My teacher wrote down a few questions and we had to answer them. I know i didn't answer all of them but these are a few questions i answered. Oh and first i will answer my title. If the computer system brakes down it will hit the library system because they won't know how to sort out the books. Then it will hit a few schools because of work>essays>projects>re-search stuff etc...

who's involved in the systems:
students
teachers

what will happen:
our education will become low.
police won't find the person that stool something.

I know the police thing doesn't make sense with the topic but whatever it's still true.
